When you hire, you fund the first milestone or the agreed price through Topplancer. The professional starts work knowing the money is there, and is paid when you approve what they deliver.

Payments are processed by Paystack. You can pay by debit or credit card, bank transfer or USSD, in naira. Every fee is shown before you confirm.
Keep payments on Topplancer
Paying outside the platform removes the protection both of you rely on if something goes wrong. If anyone asks you to pay them directly, decline and let us know.
If something goes wrong
Talk to the professional first; most issues are misunderstandings. If you cannot agree, raise it with our support team, who will look at the agreement, the messages and the work, and help you both reach a fair outcome.
