Creating a profile that wins work
What employers look for when they open your profile, and how to show it.
A clear title
Say what you do and for whom: “Brand designer for food and beauty businesses” is easier to hire than “Creative”.
A summary written for the client
Open with the problems you solve, then the kind of work you have done and how you like to work. Keep it short; employers skim.
Your best work, not all of it
Choose three to six portfolio pieces that match the work you want more of. For each one, explain:
- What the client needed
- What you did
- What changed as a result
Get verified
Complete identity verification with your NIN or BVN and a photo ID. You need it before you can withdraw earnings, and it tells employers you are who you say you are.
